Some conversations require mandatory merging. For example, if a customer contacts us via WhatsApp and the conversation is closed, a new conversation starts when they reach out again. In many cases, it is essential to merge both conversations to clearly view the history.

It would be great to have all the messaging options in one place - besides emails, live chat, Whatsapp also Viber messaging.

We get a lot of email invoices from our suppliers to our inbox that we have to forward to a specific email address to our accounts department. It would be great if one of the Automation Rule "then" options was to be able to forward the ticket (and any attachments) to a specified email address, then close the ticket automatically. We could populate the IF fields with specific email addresses and keywords like Invoice.

On our previous platform we could see the URL the customer was on and also a list of Page visits they had been to. This was super helpful for narrowing down a product they were referring to without having to ask etc. This would be handy!

Wondering if we can get Live Typing integrated on live chats? We had this on our previous platform, its really handy to be able to see what a customer is typing in live chat before they send it so we can start preparing for their question.

I would like there to be in the next version the way to manage customer orders, make refunds, follow-up ... etc thanks to your application without having to go to the order in shopify ...

Buyer analytics can be extended to showing customer behavior through the session such as preview carts, product browsing history, order history, and recommend products in the chat etc. Almost like enablement of reading customer's mind.
