I would think that others also struggle with this, so here you go. It should be able to assign Teams in the mobile app the same way as you can do it on the computer. I´m always on the go and almost never near a computer. This makes it a bit difficult to assign the right team to the conversations. Hope this can be updated :)

Regarding your mention of adding support for the allocation feature on mobile devices, it is estimated to be updated in the Google and Apple App Stores around January 25th. At that time, you can download the latest app package to enable the feature. You will be able to select a conversation, long-press to access the allocation function, or allocate conversations from the conversation details page.
