I need a space where i can the email of the customer or phone number then the app automatically gets all the customer data from Shopify, orders and everything, so that i can link any user chat from fb or insta to the actual customer, like linking the customer social media accounts with the existing data on website

Thank you very much for your feedback. We have already added support for that feature. You can now edit the email information on the right panel of the inbox. After editing, the orders will be synchronized based on the presence of an email, and the user information will also be synchronized to the Shopify store.
