instagram connetion not good enough to use

Hello, we see the following issues with instagaram on willdesk:
- it doesnt show clearly the profile, we alwys have to go back to intagram to get more informatin which doesnt make sense.
- we need to be able to answer on instagram itself and still have the histroy on willdesk.
- sometimes willdesk opens 2 conversation for the same dialog which is very confusing and too much work.
are you working on these points above? we need a fully integarated system otherwise it doesnt work for us.
for now we will switch off your instagram function, it's to trouble some

Hello, thank you very much for your feedback, about the instagram information you mentioned, we have optimized, instagram since your integration of information, will be completely synchronized to Willdesk, you do not need to cut back to instagram for messages to view.
