Please consider including a "minimize" button on top of chat window. The chat window takes up 15-20% of the screen and sometimes user has to look behind it. Currently we can only close the chat window, and when we come back, it starts a brand new chat.

Thanks for your feedback very much.
If your customers need to look behind the chat widget, they can just close the window. 
And when your customers get back to you, it won't start a new chat. You can still continue your conversations.
