Hello, we previously reported an issue with our search bar on the website, which is located at the top right corner. The problem is that it does not effectively search. When users enter search terms, it often returns no results.

Unfortunately, we are now experiencing a similar issue with our FAQs section. The search bar there is also not performing well. Even when users input common or obvious search terms, there are not results shown.

Could you please look into this and provide assistance? We would greatly appreciate your help in resolving these search functionality issues.
