I would like to point out that there are problems when using the search bar at the top right of our website. Although the same search queries in the FAQs are successful, no results are displayed when typing them in the top right corner.
As the search bar is one of the most common ways to find information on our site, it is worrying that users are not getting the results they expect.
Could you please check the problem with the search function and make sure it is working correctly? It is important that users can easily access relevant content to improve their experience on our website.
