Buyer analytics can be extended to showing customer behavior through the session such as preview carts, product browsing history, order history, and recommend products in the chat etc. Almost like enablement of reading customer's mind.

Would love to see if it would be possible to reply to Facebook/Instagram comments directly in the Willdesk. Also with added "Hide comment" option and reactions (to Like a comment directly in Willdesk).

The bubble for the livechat is too large and not clean on the website. It takes over a lot of the content. Need ability to change it for mobile and desktop separately as well as being able to change different sizes. Attached screenshot would be a much better option for a chat popup.

I would suggest to add a feature on changing the web and app page background

Auto-tagging each article so it is easier to share with customers. So when sharing www.xxxx.com/a/self-faq/#article , then the given article is loaded automatically and expanded.

Please consider including a "minimize" button on top of chat window. The chat window takes up 15-20% of the screen and sometimes user has to look behind it. Currently we can only close the chat window, and when we come back, it starts a brand new chat.
