Willdesk

There needs to be an option to forward an email. At the moment you can only reply to the email it was sent from. There is really no excuse for not having such a basic feature implemented already.

I need a space where i can the email of the customer or phone number then the app automatically gets all the customer data from Shopify, orders and everything, so that i can link any user chat from fb or insta to the actual customer, like linking the customer social media accounts with the existing data on website

I would think that others also struggle with this, so here you go. It should be able to assign Teams in the mobile app the same way as you can do it on the computer. I´m always on the go and almost never near a computer. This makes it a bit difficult to assign the right team to the conversations. Hope this can be updated :)

Hello, we see the following issues with instagaram on willdesk: it doesnt show clearly the profile, we alwys have to go back to intagram to get more informatin which doesnt make sense. we need to be able to answer on instagram itself and still have the histroy on willdesk. sometimes willdesk opens 2 conversation for the same dialog which is very confusing and too much work. are you working on these points above? we need a fully integarated system otherwise it doesnt work for us. for now we will switch off your instagram function, it's to trouble some regards, konstantinos

Would be nice if the pop up speed is controlled. Customers don't want to see the popup immediately. Too much of a rush. Maybe let us delay the chat pop up by 5 seconds? Or if the customer scrolls down?

It would be so much more convenient and easy to use if the order number contained a link to the Shopify order. This would allow the customer service team to open orders from within tickets quickly.

the fonts options are very limited, i wish u had more or just making the app match website font by default if possible that will be great! the fonts that i wish to see are futura and josefin san, i use them quite a lot, if they get added this app will my official chat app for my stores

I'd like to be able to cc other recipients when I reply to a customer. Sometimes I need to cc my warehouse partner or similar.
